AOC Makati Audit and Cabanatuan Team Outing: Lakbay-Aral Edition in Bataan

On June 4–5, 2025, the AOC Makati Audit and Cabanatuan Team, led by Partner Loraine San Pedro-Sotto (LCS Team), embarked on an exciting and enriching Lakbay-Aral outing to the province of Bataan. The journey began with a breakfast stopover before heading straight to Zoobic Safari, where the team explored a variety of attractions—including Zoobic Park, Forbidden Cave, Tiger Safari, Croco Loco, and the Serpentarium—and experienced thrilling close encounters with tigers and lions. A delightful lunch inside the safari capped off an adventure-filled morning.

The adventure continued as the group arrived at the beautiful Las Casas Filipinas de Acuzar, a place where history and charm came together. They enjoyed a guided heritage walk tour, where they explored well-preserved ancestral houses and walked along cobblestone streets that brought a glimpse of the past. After the cultural experience, everyone relaxed at the beach and took a refreshing dip in the batis-inspired pool.

To cap off the two-day team outing, the group headed to Jollibee Balanga Diversion for a fun-filled Jollitown Pajama Dinner Party. The evening was filled with laughter, lively games, and meaningful moments that brought out the team’s playful and spirited side. After the celebration, the team returned to Las Casas Filipinas de Acuzar for their overnight stay.

It was a cheerful and memorable conclusion to two days of learning, adventure, and cultural discovery. More than just a getaway, the Lakbay-Aral experience fostered deeper camaraderie, created lasting memories, and strengthened the bond within LCS’s Team.
