AOC Legazpi’s HR-Initiative Activities for August

August 1, 2025 – AOC Legazpi welcomed the month with new engaging activities aimed to strengthen the team’s spirit.

Continuing its tradition of recognizing outstanding performance, Associate Auditor Ashley Marie Rances was named Employee of the Month for August. Known for her calm, warm, and dependable presence, Ashley quietly supports her teammates while earning their respect. This month also marked her 1st Work Anniversary with AOC—wishing her many more meaningful moments with the firm.

Adding fun to the workplace, the “Emoji Self-Portrait Challenge” featured emoji combinations representing team members’ personalities. After an exciting guessing game, Associate Auditors Leojelaine Igcoy, Fely Joy Ballon, and Kristel Anne Ballaran were declared winners.

Through these initiatives, AOC Legazpi continues to cultivate a positive and inclusive work environment by celebrating achievements and promoting fun in the workplace.
