AOC Legazpi Launches HR Initiatives Fostering a Healthy Work Relationship & Environment

June 10, 2025 – As part of AOC Legazpi’s initiative to foster a more engaging and collaborative workplace, it introduced new activities where interactive games and employee recognitions are posted on the branch’s bulletin board.

The “Employee of the Month” will be featured, recognizing individuals whohave consistently demonstrated commitment to delivering quality service. This initiative aims to motivate team members and acknowledge their hard work and dedication. For June, the branch is proud to honor Associate Auditor Fely Joy Ballon as their Employee of the Month.

Starting the series of activities was a game called “Who’s Who?”, where baby pictures of team members were displayed on the bulletin board. The challenge was to guess which baby photo belonged to whom. The game sparked curiosity, fun, and laughter throughout the office, as employees enthusiastically made their guesses and enjoyed moments of light-hearted connection. Through these simple yet meaningful initiatives, AOC Legazpi continues to strengthen camaraderie and celebrate excellence within the team.
