AOC HR Team Visits FCIE Branch for Employee Orientation and System Integration

August 20, 2025 – As the AOC FCIE branch was newly established under the leadership of Partner-in-Charge Christian Martinez and most employees were recently hired, the HR team led by Rogielyn Barroga and Christianne Grizelle Poliquit personally visited the branch office to conduct a comprehensive onboarding session. The initiative aimed to help employees gain a deeper understanding of the firm, align them with its vision, mission, and core values, and ensure consistency with company standards across all locations. It also served as a venue to address concerns and clarify HR policies, reflecting the department’s commitment to continuous support and stronger connections with employees

The HR team also presented the firm’s HRIS system, explaining its features, objectives, and benefits in streamlining HR processes, enhancing efficiency, and promoting transparency in employee transactions. Employees were encouraged to actively participate in the discussion, raise questions, and gain a clear understanding of how the system supports daily operations.
