The AOC HR and Payroll Team’s November Monthly Meeting

The AOC Human Resource and Payroll Team gathered for their monthly meeting on November 26, 2024, at the Talent Hub in the Paranaque Office to assess progress, build camaraderie, and plan upcoming firm events. The meeting began with a festive lunch and a celebration of the November birthday celebrants, Tin Pangalangan and Anna Karmela Panaligan. Kenneth Navarro and Luningning Cajucom, recent delegates of the Skills and Leadership Program (SLP) Training, shared their experiences and key takeaways, inspiring the team to adopt innovative approaches, remain open-minded toward change and growth, and position themselves as the new generation of leaders at AOC. The team also brainstormed ideas for the upcoming year-end party, with HR Managing Director Jenny Catapang leading the planning for an inclusive and memorable celebration. By the end, the team left with a renewed sense of purpose and excitement, reflecting their dynamic culture of teamwork, growth, and collaboration as they prepare to finish the year on a positive note.
