Setting Priorities and Aligning Objectives: A Strategic Planning Session by Alas Oplas Ortigas Branch

Last October 1, Alas Oplas Ortigas Branch held a Strategic Planning session at The City Club, Makati, a premier venue in the area. The session was expertly facilitated by Managing Partner, Ryan A. Sabug, who was joined by the Directors of the Ortigas Branch, Kim Adrian E. Cruz, and Lilibeth S. Yasay. The session was also attended by several key members, including Bryan L. Lomot, Allan R. Quibuye, Ma. Krizelle B. Brutas, Jenalyn A. Baptista, and Denver A. Tabubuca.

During the session, the team aimed to prioritize objectives, work towards common goals, and evaluate and adapt the organization’s direction in response to a changing environment. The session covered various topics to ensure the organization is well-positioned to thrive in the upcoming months and years. The team carefully evaluated and adjusted the organization’s direction to ensure it remained on a trajectory of success. As the session ended, the team bonded over a sumptuous meal, which provided an opportunity to unwind and connect with one another.

With the expert guidance of Mr. Sabug, and with the active participation of the Directors and other key members, the session proved to be an invaluable opportunity for the organization to gain vital insights and guidance that will help it navigate the challenges and opportunities of the future with confidence.
