PHINMA-Araullo University Conducts OJT Monitoring Visit at AOC Cabanatuan
May 25, 2026 – the AOC Canabatuan team welcomed a surprise visitation from the faculty member of PHINMA-Araullo University College of Management and Accountancy to assess the performance and progress of the On-The-Job Training (OJT) students assigned to the firm.
Led by Practicum Coordinator Mr. Arnel P. Patricio, MBA, LPT, CHRA, the faculty member observed the student-trainees in their actual work environment. The visit aimed to evaluate the interns’ work ethics, professionalism, adaptability, and overall performance in carrying out their assigned tasks within the company.
The visitor was warmly welcomed by Ms. Eunice Tapaoan, CPA, who shared insights regarding the trainees’ performance, work attitude, and contributions to the firm. She particularly commended the efforts of student-trainees Ms. Jasmin Ador Dionisio, Cherry Mae I. Demenia, and Mr. John Patrick H. Mendez for their dedication and willingness to learn in the workplace.
During the visit, the student-trainees were seen actively performing their assigned responsibilities and assisting in various office tasks related to their training. The faculty member also had the opportunity to interact with both the trainees and company representatives to further discuss the students’ progress, strengths, and areas for improvement throughout their internship journey.
