Monthly Kamustahan and Team Activity of the Shared Services Team

February 20, 2025 – The Shared Services Team, joined by the IT Team and the Makati Local Outsource Team, gathered for a meaningful exchange of experiences, fostering camaraderie through engaging activities and games.

The session featured a reflective activity called “Sharing of Peaks and Valleys,” facilitated by Shared Services Managing Director, Sofia Rosal. Employees had the opportunity to share their personal and professional highs and lows from recent days.

Following this heartfelt session, participants engaged in a mini-game, splitting into Team A and Team B. The game’s mechanics were simple—each team had to collaborate to complete a series of challenges one at a time.

This activity brought excitement and reinforced the value of teamwork and problem-solving in a fun and engaging way. The Kamustahan session concluded with smiles and enthusiasm, as employees eagerly looked forward to the next gathering.
