Makati Audit and Cabanatuan Teams Enjoy Subic Outing

From June 5 to 7, 2024, the Makati Audit and Cabanatuan teams, led by Partner Loraine San Pedro, enjoyed a memorable team-building event at Qwaider Beach Resort (Q Beach Resort) in Talisay, Barangay Cabangan, Zambales. The outing was filled with fun and fulfillment, offering the team a much-needed break to bond and celebrate after a busy season.

On the first day, the highlight of the event was the yacht party in Subic, where the entire team donned white attire, their clean and radiant faces reflecting their joy. They relished a delicious lunch on the yacht, enhancing the experience with great food and scenic views.

On the second day, the team had and amazing race at resort. At night they had Gala Night had the team dressed up in sea breeze palette colors. The evening included an awards ceremony recognizing each auditor, from associates and seniors to managers and partners. They received individual certificates acknowledging their valuable contributions to the team and firm.

The team showcased their talents in a contest consisting of three teams led by Audit Managers Glociel, Nathalie, and Maricar, with outfits made from recyclable materials. Glociel’s “Red Pirate” team delivered a winning performance. The night also featured an exciting fashion show, where Shanadine Cahalhal was crowned AOC Fashionista 2024. Other notable awards included Face of the Night, presented to John Paul Daira, and Yacht-tastic Style, awarded to Britney Pasion.

The three-day event was packed with fun and relaxation, reinforcing team bonds and providing a perfect mix of leisure and celebration. It underscored AOC’s commitment to fostering a positive and engaging work environment, setting the tone for continued success and camaraderie.
