AOC Cavite Branch: Don’t Miss Out the Fun!
Every April is booked with hectic deadlines and schedules especially for auditors but that doesn’t stop AOC Cavite branch from having a little bit of fun.
Last April 5, 2023, Alas Oplas Cavite branch initiated a simple surprise dinner and activity in celebration for the Holy Week. Delight was written all over everyone’s faces and gratitude lit up the atmosphere. Our auditors have been working diligently and this was one of the ways to express appreciation for their hard work.
In addition to this, last April 18, the branch conducted an outdoor mini team building among their employees led by Ms. Jencis Honorio. Various teams chanted their cheers, and everyone happily supported each other as well. As AOC Cavite branch is rapidly growing, activities such as these are needed also to build great camaraderie and teamwork among employees, especially between Managers, Seniors, and their Associates. Fun memories, smiles and laughs were shared, and it is an event one can fondly look back on.
