BREAKTIME: Celebrating Wellness, Sustainability, and Commitment

On June 5, 2024, AOC Breaktime for the month of June celebrated Wellness Month, an event organized by the Human Resource/Payroll Team to recognize and acknowledge the hard work, commitment, dedication, and achievements demonstrated by everyone in the firm. Employees from 12 branches nationwide, convened virtually to attend the morale-boosting breaktime event held at the beginning of the month, aiming to inspire personal excellence and foster camaraderie.

The event commenced with a poignant mass led by Father Ogie Orpiada, delivering a spiritually enriching message to all attendees. Aijah Rosales, the event host, welcomed participants, introducing newly hired employees, and acknowledging June’s birthday and work anniversary celebrants, contributing to the event’s vibrant ambiance.

Highlighting AOC’s steadfast commitment to environmental sustainability, the Isabela Branch Earth Warriors presented a compelling video showcasing their Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) practices, addressing pressing environmental challenges. These initiatives underscored AOC’s dedication to fostering a healthier, more sustainable world. The program continued with an engaging icebreaker session led by Rogielyn Barroga and lively photo-ops, adding vibrancy to the virtual gathering.

Moreover, the event featured a meaningful discussion by guest speaker Myrna Arcega, who has extensive experience in the medical field. She shared invaluable insights on maintaining physical health, offering practical tips that resonated with AOC employees. Her engaging session concluded with an interactive Q&A, providing clarity and enriching the employees’ understanding further.
