Fun-Filled Septem-Break
On September 30, the Alas Oplas & Co., CPAs Ortigas branch hosted their monthly breaktime event, aptly named “Septem-Break: Getting Away from Stress. Take a Rest with Septem-Break!” It delivered on its promise of providing a fun and rejuvenating experience.
Managing Partner Ryan A. Sabug joined the event, offering updates and inspiring creative ideas for future breaktime activities. The atmosphere was vibrant as everyone engaged in friendly competition, playing games like balloon-inflating, “We Belong,” a brain teaser, shake-shake, and rolling box. The teams competed, with the Black team emerging as the overall winner, followed by the Pink and Brown teams.
The Septem-break event was a resounding success, filled with laughter and camaraderie, creating lasting memories and offering a much-needed break from the daily grind for stress relief. It was an enjoyable and memorable experience, fostering companionship and teamwork among participants. Undoubtedly, everyone eagerly anticipated the next breaktime event, making it a fantastic and stress-relieving occasion.
Spook-Tober A Halloween Breaktime
Last October 20, 2023, Alas Oplas – Ortigas Team hosted a Halloween Breaktime event. It was filled with fun activities, including a kind gesture towards the security guards, distributing food to show appreciation for their hard work.
The event featured exciting games like Head, Shoulders, Knees and Cup, Parachute Egg, and Blow the Spider, fostering a sense of camaraderie. A lively fashion show allowed employees to showcase their creative Halloween costumes, and the night concluded with a spooky movie screening.
In summary, the Halloween Breaktime event successfully combined fun and community involvement, emphasizing the importance of taking a break and enjoying each other’s company amidst a busy workday.
