BKR Women in Leadership Hosts First Global Community Meetings

December 9, 2025 — Alas Oplas & Co., CPAs joined more than 60 women from across BKR’s regions in two virtual sessions held on the same day, enabling participation from Europe, the Middle East, Africa, Asia-Pacific, and the Americas. The strong turnout reflects the growing enthusiasm for meaningful connection, mentoring, and shared professional development—underscoring the value of a dedicated space for women across BKR as this initiative continues to expand.

During the meetings, attendees were introduced to the progress made in shaping the Women in Leadership Programme, including an overview of the recently completed global survey, which provided valuable insights into development priorities and the types of support most beneficial to women across the network. Participants also previewed the new mentoring platform, designed to connect members as mentors and mentees, and the private community page, which will serve as the central hub for updates, discussions, and shared resources. Additionally, the newly developed Women in Leadership Handbook was unveiled and is now available on the community page.

This milestone marks an exciting step forward in fostering leadership, collaboration, and empowerment among women professionals across BKR’s global network.
