AOC’s Virtual Family Day Celebration

September 5, 2025 – In its monthly Breaktime gathering for September, Alas Oplas & Co., CPAs celebrated Family Day through a virtual event that brought together over 215 participants from 16 offices nationwide. The celebration honored the love, support, and inspiration that families provide—the foundation that strengthens us at work and beyond.

To begin the day with a sense of purpose and reflection, a Holy Mass was celebrated by Reverend Father Ogie Orpiada. In his homily, it served as a gentle yet powerful call to live with integrity, align our actions with God’s guidance, and let our choices reflect His love.

Following this, Marvin Cadapan extended a warm and gracious welcome to all attendees, offering heartfelt greetings to the employees. As part of the monthly program, the event included the introduction of new hires, the celebration of September Birthday and the recognition of employees reaching significant milestones to AOC.

In line with this month’s focus on Family Day, our #AOCWinStories featured Natalie Lupango , Partner-In-Charge of Legazpi Branch, Meg Palayo, Partner-In-Charge of Bulacan Branch, and Ryan Sabug, Managing Partner. They shared their career journeys, the challenges of reaching leadership, and the lessons they learned along the way. Emphasizing the importance of family and responsible parenthood, they highlighted how love, priorities, and balance can help us grow as individuals and leaders.

Wrapping up the program on a cheerful note, Rogielyn Barroga hosted a fun quiz that got everyone excited to outpace each other with the quickest answers.
