AOC SMSF and Bulacan Local Outsource Teams Strengthen Ties in Palawan Team Building

From June 19 to 22, 2025, the SMSF and Local Outsource Team from the Bulacan Branch, led by Partner Ms. Meg Paloyo and Director Ms. Judy Ann Eala, embarked on an unforgettable team-building adventure in one of the Philippines’ most breathtaking destinations—Palawan. The team explored stunning caves and pristine beaches, while also witnessing the inspiring efforts of the local community in preserving the island’s natural beauty and cleanliness. It was a meaningful experience that combined exploration, appreciation for nature, and stronger team camaraderie.

The team visited the Underground River in Puerto Princesa, as well as iconic islands and caves in El Nido, including Big Lagoon, Shimizu Island, Secret Lagoon, Snake Island, Cudognon Cave, and Cathedral Cave. As we explored Palawan’s breathtaking landscapes, we also shared meaningful memories, laughter, and experiences that strengthened our teamwork and camaraderie. This experience has helped us build a deeper understanding of each other and will undoubtedly foster smoother collaboration and contributions within the team moving forward.
