September 19–20, 2026 – The AOC SF Accounting/CAS Team gathered at Acuaverde Beach Resort along Laiya Road, San Juan, Batangas, for their 2026 CAS Team Building themed “Five Years Forward – Waves of Success.” Held ahead of their three-day training, the two-day celebration provided an opportunity for team members to strengthen relationships, create lasting memories, and reconnect as a team through engaging activities and exciting adventures.

The first day featured activities that encouraged connection, creativity, and teamwork. Through “Nice to Photo-Meet You,” participants shared photos from their phones and the stories behind them, allowing team members to learn more about one another. They also designed their own flags through a resource-trading activity, showcasing their creativity and resourcefulness. The day ended with a celebration for the September birthday celebrants, complete with cakes, cupcakes, and a heartfelt rendition of the birthday song.

The following day brought more excitement as the team enjoyed various water activities, including Jet Ski, Banana Boat, Disco Boat, and Speed Boat rides.

Beyond the fun and adventure, the team building provided a meaningful opportunity for the CAS Team to bond and build stronger connections before coming together for their three-day training. As the team looks “Five Years Forward,” the celebration reflects AOC’s commitment to fostering collaboration, continuous learning, and stronger teams. Through shared experiences and milestones, AOC continues to recognize the people behind its progress and the collective efforts that drive the firm forward.
