AOC Legazpi’s September HR Activities

September 1, 2025 – AOC Legazpi welcomed the month with new engaging activities aimed to strengthen the team’s spirit.

As part of its tradition of recognizing outstanding performance, the branch proudly named Associate Auditor Claudine Jane Hiban as the Employee of the Month for September. Claudine was commended for her ability to multitask seamlessly, handling various responsibilities with accuracy and efficiency, demonstrates her outstanding work ethic and commitment to excellence. Beyond her technical skills, her kindness and willingness to learn make her an invaluable part of the team. She approaches challenges with an open mind, eager to refine her expertise and embrace new opportunities for growth. Her positive attitude fosters collaboration, creating a supportive environment where colleagues feel encouraged and motivated to work alongside her.

To add a touch of fun to the branch, AOC Legazpi organized an activity to officially welcome the start of the “Ber” months. Associate Auditor Leojelaine Igcoy prepared a game called “4 Pics, 1 Word.” The mechanics were simple yet creative: each participant chose one photo that represented their name or personality, either literally or symbolically, along with three photos that represented the gifts they wish to receive for Christmas. With four months to go before the holidays, everyone now has plenty of time to prepare for their gift-giving surprises.
