AOC Legazpi’s October HR Activities

October 1, 2025 – AOC Legazpi marked the start of the month with interactive activities that encouraged collaboration and unity.

As part of its tradition of recognizing outstanding performance, the branch proudly named Associate Auditor Kristel Anne Ballaran as the Employee of the Month for October. Ms. Kristel was commended for her passion and commitment to her work are truly commendable. She consistently brings dedication and enthusiasm to every task, ensuring that audits are conducted with precision and integrity. Her drive to excel is evident in the way she approaches challenges, always striving for accuracy and thoroughness in her work. Kristel has a keen ability to analyze details and provide valuable insights making her an asset to the team. Her proficiency in her field not onlyenhances the quality of her work but also strengthens the team’s overall efficiency.

To officially welcome the month of October, AOC Legazpi organized a fun and engaging activity for the team. Associate Auditor Leojelaine Igcoy prepared an interactive “Emoji/General Knowledge Game” using Slido. The mechanics were simple: participants chose the letter corresponding to the correct answer within a given time limit.

The Emoji Game featured categories such as movies and Filipino food, while the General Knowledge Game covered a variety of topics including history, math, accounting concepts, and songs. The activity sparked laughter and friendly competition among the team, creating a lively atmosphere.
