AOC Legazpi Team in Full Audit Finalization

April 5, 2025 – The AOC Legazpi Team Associate Auditors, Ashley Marie J. Rances and Kristel Anne B. Ballaran traveled to Ortigas to actively participate in a coordinated effort to strengthen collaboration work among auditors from Ortigas Branch. This initiative was undertaken to show the company’s dedication to ensuring the timely and accurate issuance of audited financial statements.

By working closely with other auditors from Ortigas, the two associate auditors were able to demonstrate their competence, skills, and proficiency to address problems and assure the accuracy and integrity of the financial statements. Not only that it promote efficiency and consistency in financial reporting practices, but it also reflects the firm’s ongoing commitment to excellence, transparency, and continuous improvement of its operations.

Meanwhile, the other three associate auditors in Legazpi, Claudine Jane L. Hiban, Fely Joy G. Ballon and Leojelaine Igcoy, showed unwavering dedication by spending the night at the office last April 14, 2025. What could have been a stressful and tiring experience turned into an enjoyable and memorable evening. This reflected their teamwork and shared purpose.

The team prepared their dinner together and filled the night with laughter whilst waiting for the financial statements to be finalized to do the footing. This experience exhibited a strong sense of responsibility and accountability.

Their commitment not only ensured the timely submission of reports but also strengthened the team’s spirit within the branch by reflecting the company’s values of upholding excellence, integrity, and professionalism.
