AOC Legazpi Revisits Its Strategic Plan: Road to 30M

September 9, 2025 – AOC Legazpi Partner-In-Charge Nathalie Lupango gathered the team for a special meeting dedicated to discussing the branch’s future plans and strategic roadmap for growth in Audit, Accounting and Tax Services. Ms. Nathalie shared the Road to 30M during the first week of August, shortly after returning from Manila. The team revisited this discussion in the second week of September to reflect on their current standing, assessing whether they are making progress, or not. The session highlighted the importance of setting clear objectives and maintaining alignment within the team as they continue to pursue growth and excellence in their engagements.

Partner-In-Charge Nathalie Lupango provided a PowerPoint presentation outlining the branch’s goals, upcoming initiatives, and activities for the year. The presentation covered areas such as market development and client acquisition strategies, staffing and capacity planning, cash flow and financial management, profitability analysis and optimization, execution timeline and monitoring, as well as key risks and mitigation strategies. She emphasized importance of having a clear roadmap, not only to guide the branch’s operations but also to inspire every team member to contribute to the achievement of these targets.

The meeting also served as a platform for collaboration and open communication. Team members were encouraged to share their thoughts, ask questions, and gain a deeper understanding of how their individual roles fit into the bigger picture.
