January 20, 2026 — AOC Laguna Branch Partner-in-Charge and PICPA Laguna Chapter President, Rodel Bascon, actively participated in the 1st BIR RDO 57 Biñan Consultative Meeting for 2026, held in collaboration with the Philippine Institute of Certified Public Accountants (PICPA) and the Association of Certified Public Accountants in Public Practice (ACPAPP) – Laguna Chapter.

During the meeting, the PICPA Laguna Chapter was presented with a Plaque of Recognition in acknowledgment of its significant contributions and continued support to BIR RDO 57 – West Laguna. The recognition highlighted the chapter’s active participation and strong commitment to fostering cooperation between the accounting profession and the Bureau of Internal Revenue.

The chapter extends its appreciation to BIR RDO 57, led by RDO Gerardo C. Utanes, ARDO Arvin Manuntag, and CAS Carlito Mariano, for the recognition and for strengthening collaborative efforts moving forward.
