AOC HR and Payroll Monthly Team Meeting

On May 26, 2025 – The AOC HR and Payroll Team had its monthly gathering in Paranaque office. It’s more than just a regular meeting—it’s a time to come together, strengthen teamwork, and enjoy each other’s company.

One of the highlights of this month’s event was the celebration of the work anniversary of HR/Payroll Manager Tin Pangalangan. The team warmly honored her dedication and years of service, sharing messages of appreciation and congratulations.

Another important part of the meeting was the insightful discussion led by Ana Karmela Panaligan who presented a report on how to be a good team player at work. She emphasized key points such as open communication, mutual respect, accountability, and collaboration. Her presentation encouraged everyone to reflect on their roles within the team and how their actions contribute to a positive and productive work environment.
