September 18–19, 2026 – The AOC FCIE team held its Strategic Planning in Alfonso, Cavite, led by Partner-in-Charge Christian Martinez. The two-day activity brought employees together for planning, learning, and team-building. It focused on revisiting the company’s vision and services while providing an opportunity for the team to align on its direction and strengthen collaboration.

The gathering also featured Excel training, a review of company policies, and various team-building activities. These sessions allowed employees to refresh their knowledge, develop practical skills, and build stronger connections with their colleagues in a setting beyond their usual workplace.

For AOC, activities like these reflect the value of building stronger foundations for growth through continuous learning and collaboration. As AOC continues to work alongside businesses and organizations, the firm remains committed to supporting its partners in developing capable teams and pursuing their goals with greater clarity and purpose.
