AOC Explores Strategic Expansion in Bataan

June 18, 2025 – As part of its continued growth across the Philippines, AOC Chairman Donnies T. Alas led a site visit to Bataan to assess the potential setup of a new AOC branch in the province. Accompanying him were Partners Carl F. Martos and Rexzon M. Balacano, together with Director for Corporate Communications Mary Ann A. Duguran. The team conducted an on-site meeting to discuss operational readiness, location feasibility, and long-term strategies for establishing a strong presence in the area.

The visit also included key engagements with potential collaborators. The team met with Doji Libatique, Partner at iCash, and Engr. Edgardo Ruiz, Executive Vice President and COO of Bataan Baseco Joint Venture, Inc., to exchange insights on the region’s economic landscape and business potential. During a productive lunch, they were joined by Atty. Aurelio Angeles, where light yet meaningful conversations touched on regional development, professional synergies, and future collaboration.
