November 5, 2025 – First Wednesday of the month, AOC celebrated its “November Chill Breaktime,” a refreshing virtual moment for employees to pause, reflect, and reconnect. This quick online breather set a relaxing tone before the AOC Thanksgiving festivities officially began. Despite being apart, everyone enjoyed light conversations, shared stories, and a warm sense of togetherness. It was a meaningful reminder of how connection can still flourish even in a virtual setting.

To begin the day, a Holy Mass was celebrated by Reverend Father Ogie Orpiada. He shared that God is the expression of true art, and that the language of the heart is the velocity of truth, genuine truth that moves and leads us into purposeful action. Following this, host Marvin Cadapan extended a warm and gracious welcome to all attendees, offering heartfelt greetings to the employees. As part of the monthly program, the event included the introduction of new hires, the celebration of November birthdays, and recognition of employees’ work anniversaries reaching significant milestones at AOC.

Before the highlight of the event, a quick icebreaker was led by HR Rogielyn Barroga with the fun “Name That Voice” game, which everyone enjoyed and actively participated in. In this edition of #AOCWinStories, we proudly shine the spotlight on two newly passed CPAs from our AOC family: Paulyn Nicole Atienza and John Gabriel Bondoy. Paulyn shared her heartfelt gratitude to everyone who supported her throughout her CPA journey, expressing how truly thankful she is for the encouragement and guidance she received along the way. Meanwhile, John Gabriel opened up about his meaningful and humble experience as he pursued his dream of becoming a CPA, reflecting on the challenges that shaped him and the perseverance that brought him to success. To conclude the event, HR announced some of the upcoming activities and events of the firm.
