Starting April 1, 2025, the Cavite branch of Alas Oplas & Co., CPAs has implemented a new branch dress code policy in celebration of cultural diversity and creative expression. Every Monday is now designated as ASEAN-Inspired Attire Day, encouraging employees to showcase regional heritage through their clothing.
This initiative aims to promote creativity, respect for Southeast Asian cultures, and a refreshed approach to professional attire—all while maintaining the firm’s commitment to excellence and professionalism.
Under the policy, male employees may opt to wear traditional garments such as the Barong Tagalog, batik shirts, or other ASEAN-themed tops paired with trousers or chinos. Female employees are encouraged to wear ASEAN-inspired dresses or blouses—such as the Baro’t Saya or batik—paired with skirts or trousers. Ethnic accessories are welcomed and encouraged as a form of personal expression.
Beyond simply refreshing workplace attire, this initiative provides a platform to celebrate and honor cultural heritage. It fosters greater appreciation for regional diversity, strengthens unity among team members, and brings vibrant energy into the start of each workweek.
By integrating ASEAN-Inspired outfits into office culture, AOC Cavite branch underscores its core values of diversity, respect, and innovation. Each Monday becomes more than a dress code—it becomes a celebration of tradition, identity, and shared pride.
