August 28-29, 2026 – Alas Oplas & Co., CPAs – Cavite team, headed by Senior Partner Glesie Martinez, came together for two meaningful days of branch strategic planning at Teofely Gardens Wedding and Events Venue in Silang, Cavite.

More than setting goals and charting the path ahead, the gathering created opportunities to exchange fresh ideas, strengthen relationships, and build a stronger and more united team. Through meaningful discussions and collaborative sessions, the team reflected on its achievements, identified opportunities for growth, and aligned on priorities for the year ahead.

The second day added a lighter and more engaging experience as the team took part in a mini team activity, encouraging everyone to work together, communicate, and enjoy the experience beyond the workplace. The activity brought out teamwork, camaraderie, and a renewed appreciation for the people who make up the AOC Cavite team.

The two-day gathering served as a reminder that strong teams are built not only through shared goals, but also through trust, collaboration, and meaningful connections.

With renewed focus and stronger bonds, the AOC Cavite team moves forward with a shared vision and commitment to growing together and delivering excellence every step of the way.
