AOC Cavite Branch Strategic Planning 2025 : United for Vision 150

August 8–9, 2025 – The Alas Oplas & Co., CPAs Cavite Branch held its two-day Annual Strategic Planning 2025 at Casa Mendoza Garden Resort, Laguna, setting the tone for another year of growth and achievement.

The highlight of the two-day event was the presentation of Vision 150 by Senior Partner Glesie Martinez. This roadmap serves as a guide for the branch’s growth journey, outlining clear goals and strategies aimed at steadily strengthening performance and supporting the firm’s overall direction. The team reaffirmed its commitment to this vision, ensuring that upcoming plans and initiatives stay aligned with the branch’s long-term objectives.

Partner Christian Martinez then led the Outsource and Deployment Planning session, outlining operational approaches to enhance client service delivery. This was followed by the Audit Team’s focused planning discussions, where specific action plans and performance targets were set.

On the second day, while strategic planning remained the central focus, the team also participated in mini team-building activities to strengthen collaboration and morale, including a lively swimming pool challenge. The blend of strategic discussions and team bonding left the Cavite Branch united, energized, and ready to execute their 2025-2026 plans with clarity and purpose.
