AOC Cavite Branch had an eventful month this June 2023 filled with memories, laughs, lessons, and greater camaraderie.
Last June 10, AOC Cavite Branch had a three-day annual summer outing and team building in Calaguas Island, Camarines Norte. The audit season was indeed hectic for our auditors and having a getaway like this is one of the best ways to relieve, relax and take a breather from the demands. The team building was also set in the place that was facilitated by our creative Employee Engagement Committee. The heat under the sun was worthwhile as the fire of young spirits were ignited, taking up every challenge ahead.
The fun journey continued when AOC Cavite initiated another whole day event which is the Sportsfest held last June 28, 2023. Four (4) teams played different sports such as Basketball, Volleyball, Badminton, Table Tennis, Bowling, Billiards, and Darts at The Orchard Golf and Country Club in Dasmariñas Cavite. Everyone lined themselves up in their best sports and fairly played the game. Although it was friendly, the games were competitive and intense that our auditors were at the edge of their seats and couldn’t stop their cheers.
Building an atmosphere of security and acceptance, a lot of newbies were able to show more of themselves to which everyone is taken by pleasing surprise. Fun games were played in big various groups including our managers, Senior Partner, Ms. Glesie Martinez, and our HR Director from the Head Office, Ms. Jenny Catapang.
As each event was accomplished, the stronger the relationship in the office has become and has boosted morale within the organization. When work life balance is fulfilled, real success is achieved.
