September 17, 2026 – The AOC Bulacan team took a well-deserved pause for its September BreakTime themed “BER: Bond Beyond Numbers, Energize Through Breaks & Recharge to Excel.” More than just a break from the usual workday, the gathering gave the team a chance to slow down, connect, and enjoy a few lighthearted moments together.

Through fun games and sharing activities, team members stepped away from their usual tasks and into moments filled with laughter, stories, and friendly interactions. The simple activities encouraged everyone to participate and get to know one another beyond their day-to-day roles.

At AOC, meaningful breaks are also opportunities to build stronger connections. The Bulacan team’s September Breaktime showed that while numbers may be part of the work, the people behind them make every team stronger—one shared laugh, story, and break at a time.
