June 21–23, 2026 – The AOC Bulacan Local and SMSF Team embarked on an exciting team-building getaway in Cebu, combining adventure, relaxation, and meaningful experiences that strengthened their bond beyond the workplace. Throughout the three-day journey, the team explored some of Cebu’s iconic destinations, including Kawasan Falls for canyoneering, Moalboal for snorkeling with the famous sardine run and sea turtles, the whale shark encounter, Sumilon Sandbar, Tumalog Falls, Sirao Flower Garden, and the Temple of Leah. The team also enjoyed Cebu’s renowned lechon, adding a memorable local experience to their journey.

A highlight of the team-building activity was the evening program on the second day, where team members participated in interactive activities designed to encourage connection, collaboration, and camaraderie. Through engaging games such as Reverse Charades and the Telepathy Game, followed by the heartfelt “A Penny for Your Thoughts” sharing session, team members reflected on meaningful experiences and shared insights, creating deeper connections with one another.

More than just an opportunity to explore Cebu, the getaway became a valuable experience that reinforced the importance of teamwork, trust, and appreciation among team members.
