AOC Audit/Accounting Team’s Triumph Over Busy Season

As April 15 loomed, auditors and accountants across different firms braced themselves for the crunch, enduring sleepless nights and overtime to meet deadlines. AOC was no exception, navigating through their annual ‘busy season’ stretching from January to April. But after the hustle and bustle, AOC teams from various branches celebrate a triumphant 2024 audit season, successfully meeting all targets.

At the Makati head office, festivities kicked off on April 15 under the guidance of the HR team and Tax Partner Fernando Santos. After weathering the storm of the busiest month, the tax team unwound with a day filled with mouthwatering dishes, lively games organized by HR, and soothing massages, providing a well-deserved break for all.

Meanwhile, in Cavite branch, auditors exchanged their suits for comfy pajamas, ushering in April 15 with a Monday pajama party. Amidst laughter and camaraderie, they savored delectable treats and belted out tunes in spirited karaoke sessions, bidding farewell to the busy season with joy and enthusiasm.

While on April 16, the Bulacan branch, led by Partner Meg Paloyo, treated their hardworking team to a special lunch after conquering the AITR filing. The celebration extended to include their OJT, fostering a sense of unity and accomplishment within the branch.
