Alas Oplas & Co., CPAs Joins VMUF Orientation to Inspire Future Accounting Professionals

September 3, 2025 – Alas Oplas & Co., CPAs (AOC) was honored to participate in the orientation event of Virgen Milagrosa University Foundation (VMUF) in San Carlos, Pangasinan. The firm was invited to introduce its values, vision, and opportunities to aspiring accounting students.

Representing AOC were Chairman Donnies Alas, Bataan Branch Partner-In-Charge Carl Martos, HR Managing Director Jenny Catapang, and HR Assistant Manager Rogielyn Barroga. Their presence underscored the firm’s strong commitment to supporting academic institutions and nurturing future professionals.

After the event, the signing of a collaboration agreement between Dean Espelita and HR MD Jenny, formalizing AOC’s support for student internships and other developmental programs. This partnership marks a significant step toward empowering the next generation of accounting professionals.
