Alas Oplas & Co., CPAs Cabanatuan Branch Gives Trainees Hands-On Experience with OJTs

On December 4, 2023, the AOC Cabanatuan Branch successfully sent off their OJTs On-the-Job Training) as they completed their internship, designed to provide trainees with practical, real-life experience in the accounting field. The OJTs were conducted under the supervision of Loraine San Pedro, the Partner In Charge of the Cabanatuan Branch. They were also joined by the company’s top executives, including the Founding Partner and Chairman, Donnies T. Alas, and Managing Partner Ryan Sabug, to celebrate the OJT’s significant milestone.

During the OJTs, trainees were exposed to various accounting processes, such as auditing, bookkeeping, financial analysis, and the use of accounting software and tools. They were given practical projects, assignments, and tasks to work on and were evaluated based on their performance and contribution to the team.
