August 14, 2026 – the AOC Cavite Branch conducted a learning session on BizBox Hospital System: Overview, Accounting, and Reporting, providing participants with a broader understanding of the system and its role in integrating hospital operations with accounting and financial processes. The session was facilitated by Director Shantelle May Lara-Talampas, who guided the participants through the system’s overall structure, key accounting transaction cycles, and the flow of financial activities from patient transactions to reporting.

The discussion also covered the handling of receivables and collections, as well as the generation and classification of financial reports. Particular attention was given to reporting validation and the importance of ensuring the accuracy and completeness of system-generated financial information. The session was attended by Seniors Rexden Jay Hart Alfaro, Rhona Macalindong and Rona Bulaclac and Associate Justine Hanz Almendras and Barron Ghil Avenida who took part in the learning session and discussion.
