2025 Annual Leadership Meeting: AOC’s Commitment to Goal Achievement

July 24–26, 2025 – Alas Oplas & Co., CPAs (AOC) convened its Annual Partners and Directors Meeting from July 24 to 26, 2025, at the New World Makati Hotel, Makati City. The event was attended by all partners and directors from branches nationwide. Despite unfavorable weather conditions, the meeting proceeded smoothly, demonstrating the team’s resilience and unwavering commitment to strategic collaboration. With the theme “Determined Target Goal,” the meeting focused on setting clear objectives and developing innovative strategies to support the firm’s growth plans for the coming year. Partners and Directors reviewed key milestones, evaluated current challenges, and aligned their efforts toward achieving the 2026 revenue target. Each branch and team presented its respective goals, followed by in-depth discussions to ensure alignment and accountability.

Under the visionary leadership of Founding Partners Chairman Donnies Alas and CEO Marycris Oplas, the firm remains driven by excellence and purpose. Their guidance inspired meaningful conversations and reinforced the importance of unity and forward-thinking in navigating the evolving business landscape.
