BIR launches Registered Business Enterprises Taxpayer Service – On January 27, 2026, the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) formally launched the Registered Business Enterprises Taxpayer Service (RBETS), a new service initiative designed to enhance taxpayer assistance and strengthen the ease of doing business for registered enterprises across the country. “RBETS is about turning what is written in the law into real, everyday service,” Commissioner Charlito Martin R. Mendoza said.
