BIR Tax Deadline Extension Advisory
(On Selected Areas)
The Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) issues an announcement extending the deadline of certain tax obligations for selected areas due to the recent typhoon Kristine.
From October 25, 2024 the new deadline is extended to OCTOBER 31, 2024.
The following quarterly tax compliances for the filing, submissions and payment included in the deadline extension, viz:
In relation to this, the designated Revenue District Offices (RDOs) covered by the extension that are affected by the typhoon are the following:
Revenue Region Nos. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7A, 7B, 8A, 8B, 9A, 9B and 10, including affected Authorized Agent Banks (AABs).
Revenue Memorandum Circular will be issued by the BIR for further details relative to the extension of the deadline.
