Chairman Visits Parañaque Office and Holds Productive Meeting with HR Team

August 8, 2025 – After visiting the AOC Rizal Branch, Chairman Donnies T. Alas spent the afternoon at the Talent Hub in Parañaque for a strategic meeting with the HR team, led by HR Managing Director Jenny Catapang. The discussion focused on strengthening HR strategies to support the firm’s nationwide growth plans, including the goal of hiring 500 new employees across all branches. It also addressed initial findings from the partial staff evaluation, aimed at aligning talent development and workforce planning with the firm’s long-term objectives.
