Job Description:
We are currently seeking a highly experienced Senior Compliance Specialist to join our team. This individual will have a significant responsibility to guarantee that our company fully adheres to all pertinent laws, regulations, and internal policies. The position offers a fixed weekend off and a dayshift schedule from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm, which requires working onsite in our Makati Office.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures.
- Monitor and track regulatory changes and ensure the organization is up-to-date.
- Communicate with regulators and legal authorities.
- Develop and implement corrective actions to address compliance issues.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure compliance with regulations.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Graduate of any Bachelor's degree
- Must have an experience with PEZA and BOI.
- Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience in compliance, risk management, or a related field may be preferred.
