Rhoda is the Director of Alas Oplas & Co., CPAs (AOC) Laguna Branch, with over 30 years of experience in finance, manufacturing, and cash management. A dynamic and results-driven leader, she is known for her collaborative approach, adaptability, and commitment to high-quality standards. She plays a key role in overseeing branch operations, client relations, and strategic initiatives, ensuring efficiency and exceptional service delivery.

Her career began at Coca-Cola Bottlers Philippines, Inc. in 1993 as a Working Capital Clerk (Casual). She quickly advanced to Financial Analyst in 1994, taking on various key roles that honed her expertise in financial analysis, budgeting, and operational strategy for over 15 years. In 2008, she was assigned to a Special Assignment in Operations Finance, further strengthening her leadership in financial management and operational efficiency.

In 2009, she transitioned into entrepreneurship as a Sole Proprietor, establishing and managing an Eye Level Math & English franchise until 2018. She later joined Rodel Bascon in a partnership, serving as Director of their firm before integrating with AOC Laguna Branch in January 2025.

Rhoda remains actively engaged in her profession, regularly attending seminars and training programs. She has also shared her expertise as a speaker on financial modules, demonstrating her passion for knowledge-sharing and professional growth.

She graduated Cum Laude from Colegio de San Juan de Letran in 1992 with a Bachelor of Science in Commerce, majoring in Accounting. Demonstrating her commitment to continuous growth, she furthered her education and earned her Master’s in Business Administration from Ateneo de Manila University in 2006.
