With over 30 years of experience as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Noel brings a wealth of expertise in accounting and outsourcing services. He joined Alas Oplas & Co., CPAs (AOC) in 2023 as Manager for Accounting Services and earned a promotion to Partner in 2024.

Noel’s career began with Alas and Company as an Auditor in 1988, shortly after passing the CPA board exam, where he later became a Partner. Before rejoining AOC, he spent over a decade as Billing and Collection Manager for one of the leading telecommunications providers in the Philippines, while also gaining extensive experience in auditing, accounting, and financial services across various companies.

As Partner for Outsourcing Services at AOC, Noel oversees Makati’s Local Outsourcing and Accounting Services, managing a wide array of projects across industries such as electric power generation, renewable energy (wind and solar farms), business manufacturing, real estate, and healthcare.

Committed to lifelong learning and professional growth, Noel took part in BKR International Asia Pacific’s Future Leaders’ Program in Thailand in 2024. This program deepened his leadership skills and offered valuable networking opportunities.
