June 18–21, 2026 – Amid the fast-paced environment of deadlines, responsibilities, and daily operations, the AOC Parañaque team composed of the Human Resources, Payroll, and Corporate Communications teams took a meaningful break to reconnect, recharge, and strengthen teamwork through a memorable team-building journey in the breathtaking island of Palawan.

The highlight of the 4-day, 3-night adventure was the opportunity for the team to experience the beauty of Puerto Princesa and El Nido while strengthening relationships and creating unforgettable memories together. From exploring the world-renowned Puerto Princesa Underground River and enjoying the scenic landscapes along the journey to El Nido, to visiting iconic destinations such as Small Lagoon, Big Lagoon, Shimizu Island, and Seven Commandos Beach, the trip showcased Palawan’s natural wonders at their finest.

Beyond the destinations, the team enjoyed exciting activities, explored local attractions including the Crocodile Farm, and shared meaningful moments through good food, conversations, and team bonding activities. The experience fostered stronger connections, appreciation, and camaraderie among team members beyond the workplace.
