June 29, 2026 – The Alas Oplas & Co., CPAs Chairman, Donnies Alas, led the Pre-Planning Session for the firm’s South Branches held at the AOC Cavite Branch. The meeting gathered branch leaders to align strategic priorities, review business performance, and discuss future growth plans to support the continued expansion of the firm.

The session was attended by key leaders from the South Branches, led by Senior Partner Glesie Martinez; Cavite Branch Director Shantelle Lara; FCIE Branch, Partner-in-Charge Christian Martinez; Silang-Tagaytay Branch, Partner-in-Charge Eljon Constante; Laguna Branch, Partner-in-Charge Rodel Bascon and Director Rhoda Bascon; and Quezon Province Branch, Partner-in-Charge Gerry Barcelona and Director Lea Mercado. Joining the discussion virtually were Partner-in-Charge for the upcoming Naga Branch Webner Ebio and Director for Corporate Communications Mary Ann Duguran.

Each branch presented its strategic plans and projections, covering key areas such as the 2026 actual and 2027 projected financial performance, including revenue, cost of services, administrative expenses, and capital expenditures. Discussions also included current and projected manpower requirements across different levels, relevant market and service development assumptions, and cash flow projections to support operational sustainability and future growth.

The pre-planning session provided an opportunity for branch leaders to evaluate performance, identify growth opportunities, and align strategies toward achieving the firm’s objectives while continuing to deliver quality and value-driven services to clients.
