AOC Legazpi Conducts Outsourced Services

March 23–27, 2026 – AOC Legazpi’s Partner-in-Charge, Nathalie Lupango, together with Associate Auditor Claudine Jane Hiban, conducted a fieldwork engagement in Sorsogon City as part of the firm’s special engagement services.

The engagement focuses on a business process review, with the objective of assessing the client’s existing operations and identifying areas for improvement. The expected output is to provide practical recommendations that will help the client further develop, streamline, and strengthen its current processes.

During this period, the team primarily conducted interviews, performed process walkthroughs, and documented key operational procedures. These activities are essential in gaining a comprehensive understanding of the client’s systems and controls, which will serve as the basis for the team’s analysis and recommendations.

March 18–24, 2026 – In a separate engagement, Associate Auditor Leojelaine Igcoy, together with interns Angela and Zoe, visited Wincredit Corporation in Legazpi to conduct document checking procedures.

The team began by scanning documents and organizing relevant records for review. These initial procedures support the verification process and help ensure that the necessary documentation is complete and properly maintained.

The team will continue to build on these initial procedures in the succeeding phases of the engagement, with the goal of delivering insights that add value to the client’s operations
