AOC Parañaque Celebrates Achievements

September 30, 2025 – The AOC Parañaque team came together for its monthly celebration, a meaningful occasion filled with good food, laughter, and shared stories. More than just a gathering, the event underscored the importance of connection and camaraderie, allowing colleagues to take a pause from work to strengthen bonds as a team.

The celebration also served as a special moment to honor milestones and achievements, including birthdays, work anniversaries, and employee contributions that fuel the continued growth of the organization.

A highlight of the gathering was the recognition of the newly promoted members of the HR and Payroll team, whose dedication and performance exemplify AOC’s values of excellence and growth. Tin Pangalangan was promoted to Senior Manager, Rogielyn Barroga to Assistant Manager, while both Grizelle Poliquit and Angela Suyat were promoted to Senior Associates. Adding to these accomplishments, Grizelle also successfully passed the Certified Human Resource Associate (CHRA) examination, marking another milestone in her professional growth.
