AOC Legazpi Continues HR Initiative Activities

July 1, 2025 – AOC Legazpi kicked off the month with new activities aimed at fostering engagement within the team.

The “Employee of the Month” tradition still continues, with Associate Auditor Leojelaine Igcoy being recognized for July. A heartfelt appreciation was given to Ms. Leojelaine whose passion for her work as an associate auditor is evident in everything she does. She approaches each task with enthusiasm and precision, ensuring that every detail is handled with care. Her commitment to excellence and perseverance make her standout contributor, consistently pushing for the best results. Her extroverted and strong personality brings energy in the workplace, fostering dynamic and engaging environment. Looking forward to more insights from her.

To add fun to the office, a “Word Search Puzzle” was posted on the bulletin board. The game featured words related to AOC Legazpi and sparked fun throughout the office. Employees, including interns, eagerly participated submitting their answers with enthusiasm. After careful evaluation, Associate Auditor Claudine Jane Hiban was declared as the winner and was given a prize for her effort.
