AOC Welcomes New Interns Through Firm-Wide Onboarding

On June 27, 2025, the AOC Human Resources Team conducted a comprehensive onboarding session for incoming interns from PUP, UST Legaspi and Gloria D. Lacson Foundation assigned to the Legazpi, Cabanatuan, and Makati branches of Alas Oplas & Co., CPAs.

The onboarding covered key areas such as the firm’s core values, code of conduct, data privacy and confidentiality policies, and professional work ethics. Interns were introduced to AOC’s culture of integrity, collaboration, and service excellence, which guides its operations across all branches.

The session also set clear expectations: interns are encouraged to actively engage in their assigned tasks, maintain professionalism, demonstrate initiative, and contribute positively to their teams. Emphasis was placed on strong communication, punctuality, and a commitment to continuous learning.
