The AOC Cavite team initiated a focused three-month in-house training program on August 1, 2024, thoughtfully scheduled ahead of the busy season to advance professional capabilities and foster employee growth. Beginning with a foundational session led by Technical Manager Lian Seth Santos, the program evolved over September and October, featuring dynamic webinars and eventually extending to include the Bulacan Outsource team. This training initiative reflects AOC Cavite’s unwavering commitment to continuous development, empowering its employees to deliver exceptional client service and expand their expertise across key area.
