Alas Oplas Empowers Employees through AOC Leadership Program: “Are You Future Fit?

Alas Oplas conducted its AOC Leadership Program for Seniors, SLP 2023, on June 16 and 17, 2023, at the DAP Conference Center in Tagaytay City. The program, titled “Are You Future Fit?”, aimed to empower employees by providing valuable insights on taking responsibility, increasing accountability, and driving innovation for a relevant future. Renowned speakers, including Paul Larsen, Justin Cohen, Scott Friedman, and Jean Marie DiGiovanna, captivated the audience on June 16 with their expertise.

 With over 60 participants from all branches of Alas Oplas, the program fostered professional growth and development within the organization. It equipped employees with essential skills and a forward-thinking mindset to navigate the ever-evolving business landscape. On June 17, the second day of the program, Alas Oplas held a highly engaging and enjoyable team building event, further emphasizing the “Are You Future Fit?” theme. Organized by the dynamic HR team, the team building activities aimed to cultivate future-fit leadership skills while reinforcing the importance of responsibility, accountability, and innovation.
